Randi has been active in Nevada politics since 1978 and knows most elected officials in State, County and City governments on a first name basis.

Randi has also lobbied the Nevada State Legislature since 1993 and has even run for the State Assembly. She knows many of the legislators and understands the lobbying game. 

As State Director for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), Randi lobbies the legislature on behalf of small business.
